NAVIGATING THE ROCKY TERRAIN OF DISORDERED EATING
This work is personal.
Hi, my name is Brooke Byers and I am grateful for my recovery. I know what it feels like to navigate the rocky terrain of disordered eating and the profound impact it has had on me physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Addiction almost never impacts just one person. While I thought external things like diets, personal trainers, and other weight loss programs would fix the problem, nothing ever worked long-term. My own experience in recovery helped inspire our Emotionally Integrative Recovery (EIR) framework. Today, I’m grateful to be celebrating over 5 years of recovery, and I didn't do it alone. I invite you to consider attending this 4-week online workshop where you’ll hear some of my story of disordered eating, the impact it’s had on my marriage and the unique approach that has helped me heal and experience life-changing transformation. No matter where you are in your relationship with food—it is a relationship—I emphatically believe healing is possible. You don’t have to climb this mountain alone.
